The journal is committed to the principles of open access publishing and provides immediate and unrestricted online access to all published content. All articles published in the journal are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription barriers or registration requirements.
The journal currently operates under a Platinum (Diamond) Open Access model, under which neither readers nor authors are charged for access to, submission of, peer review of, acceptance of, or publication of scholarly content.
The journal’s funding and publication model may be reviewed or modified in the future. Any future introduction or modification of publication charges, funding arrangements, or open-access conditions will be clearly disclosed on the journal website before becoming applicable and will apply prospectively under the terms announced at that time.
No change in the journal’s funding or publication model will retroactively alter the terms applicable to articles already published or to rights already granted under an applicable open-access license.
In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), open access is defined by the journal as the free availability of scholarly literature on the public internet, permitting users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, and to use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.
All scholarly articles published under the journal’s current open-access model are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Historical articles remain subject to the copyright and licensing terms applicable to them at the time of publication.
Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the article in electronic and other formats. The journal does not impose embargo periods on published content.
The journal maintains online access to its published content and supports the continuity, accessibility, and discoverability of the scholarly record through its publishing infrastructure, persistent identifiers, and bibliographic metadata.
Indexing, abstracting, DOI registration, metadata dissemination, repository availability, operational backup, and independent long-term digital preservation are distinct functions and must not be presented as equivalent.
Specific claims concerning participation in external archiving, repository, or long-term digital preservation services are made only where such participation has been formally established and verified.

The journal supports transparency in research dissemination and encourages authors to make underlying research data, materials, and methods available, where appropriate, in accordance with ethical, legal, and disciplinary standards.
