The editorial decision-making process is designed to ensure fairness, independence, transparency, consistency, and accountability in the evaluation of all submitted manuscripts.<br \/>\nAll manuscripts are assessed solely on the basis of scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, ethical soundness, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the journal\u2019s scope. Editorial decisions are not influenced by the authors\u2019 institutional affiliation, nationality, gender, academic seniority, political or religious beliefs, or by commercial, financial, or reputational considerations.<br \/>\nThe Editor-in-Chief holds ultimate responsibility for editorial decisions and for safeguarding the integrity and independence of the editorial process. Handling Editors and Associate Editors may be delegated responsibility for managing the peer-review process and formulating editorial recommendations; however, all decisions are made within the framework of the journal\u2019s established editorial policies and governance structure, and free from inappropriate external influence.<br \/>\nEditorial decisions are informed by independent peer-review reports and editorial evaluation. Reviewers\u2019 comments and recommendations are advisory in nature and do not constitute binding decisions. In cases of conflicting reviewer reports, insufficient reviews, or complex ethical considerations, the editorial team may seek additional expert opinions, request further clarification, or refer the matter for broader editorial discussion in order to reach a fair and well-reasoned decision.<br \/>\nPossible editorial decisions include, but are not limited to, acceptance, acceptance subject to revision, invitation to revise and resubmit, or rejection. Authors are provided with clear, reasoned, and constructive feedback to support editorial decisions, with the aim of promoting transparency, academic rigor, and improvement of scholarly work.<br \/>\nAuthors have the right to appeal editorial decisions in accordance with the journal\u2019s appeals procedures. Appeals are handled objectively and independently, and where appropriate, by editors who were not involved in the original decision-making process. Appeals do not guarantee reversal of a decision but are considered carefully and in good faith.<br \/>\nThe journal reserves the right to decline submissions at any stage of the editorial process if concerns arise regarding research integrity, ethical compliance, plagiarism, data reliability, authorship, or adherence to editorial policies. Editorial decisions may also be revisited after publication if significant errors, ethical issues, or misconduct are identified, in order to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.<br \/>\nEditors are expected to resist any form of undue pressure or influence related to editorial decisions and to act in the best interests of the journal and the scholarly community.
