Article Processing Charges

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are fees that some open-access journals charge authors to cover the publication costs. These costs may include manuscript handling, peer-review management, editorial administration, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, and long-term archiving.

No Article Processing Charges

This journal does not charge any APCs. There are no fees at any stage of the publication process, including submission, peer review, acceptance, or publication.

All articles accepted for publication are made freely and permanently available to readers without cost to authors or institutions.

Editorial Model and Sustainability

The journal operates under a no-fee, open-access model. Editorial activities, including manuscript handling, peer review coordination, and editorial decision-making, are carried out by the editorial team on a voluntary basis.

Editors and assistant editors contribute their time and expertise without financial compensation, as part of their professional service to the academic community and in support of open scholarly communication. Editorial work is performed independently and does not involve any financial transactions with authors.

Editorial Independence

The journal does not charge APCs. Editorial decisions are made independently of any financial considerations and are based exclusively on scientific merit, originality, and relevance. The ability or inability to pay does not influence the evaluation, acceptance, or publication of manuscripts.
